SEA LIFE Speyer – a trip from the Alps to the depths of the ocean. Since Easter 2003, the visitors of SEA LIFE Speyer have been taking an exciting trip to the underwater world and home of our sea creatures. They follow the flow of the Rhine – from the mountain source, across Lake Constance, the Rotterdam Harbour to the North Sea and on to the depths of the ocean. There are more than 3,000 creatures from more than 100 different species to see and marvel at. Their habitats in the 30 tanks are constructed so that they are true to nature.

Take a voyage of discovery to this tropical underwater paradise. Admire the diversity of the underwater world in our newly designed ocean tank. Hundreds of colourful fish and majestic sharks will swim just a few centimetres away from you.

SEA LIFE Speyer not only offers exciting entertainment, but makes its visitors aware of our earth’s endangered ecosystems. Visitor guides will tell you everything worth knowing about the underwater world. Information signs, films about sea inhabitants and talks by our visitor guides complete your visit and turn it into an educational tour of the underwater world and home of our sea creatures.
